There is no reason you should "have to" group with people to get a title. This game is suppossed to not favor PUGers over H/H or the other way around.

Second of all, it would be WAY to easy to get. Especially if PvP like RA, FA, or AB counted.

Pretty much exactly my thoughts when I read the first post.

I already PuG occasionally, usually if I'm unfamiliar with the mission or doing one of those ones that requires the team to split up. But I'm not going to jump into more random groups just because there's a title now.

maybe, complete all missions with a full player team.

and complete all mission with a full player team with bonus/master

complete all mission with 6 henchs with one a low level players (3-4 level lower then yourself) for level 20s only.

You don't HAVE to get the title in the first place. Not like it's some kind of mandatory "get this title or you're bannz0red" thing. People don't seem to realize that A: Most titles are purely cosmetic and superfluous and B: it is NOT necessary to get most of these title tracks completed, AT ALL. Even with the new gods' favor system.

This would not be a title track available to PvP players, and thusly would not be affected by any sort of PvP interaction. And the "too easy to get" problem could, with a little thought and planning, be solved with some kind of clever condition under which the title points must be obtained.
